- Field, communicate, and act on incoming scheduling changes after working hours.
- Manage incoming employee calls and finding replacement staff to care for our patients. The call volume varies. Incoming calls can occur at any time day and night.
- Knowledge of HHA Exchange desirable
- Positive working attitude
